Saarada Ghosh is the Principal and Vice President of the school who is responsible for all the teaching and learning and operational activities. She coordinates, collaborates and moderates as the Principal with all the Programme Heads and Coordinators i.e. FY (Foundation Years), PYP (Primary Years Programme), MYP (Middle Years Programme) and DP (Diploma Programme). She is responsible towards all the administrative functions and allocates budget for various activities of the school. She is lovingly known to everyone as, ‘The Divine Mother’ of the school.
Saarada Ghosh, the Principal and Vice President of Victorious Kidss Educares, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for innovative education to her leadership role. With a strong academic foundation that includes a Master’s in Education (M.Ed.) and a Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed.) from the University of Delhi, Saarada Ghosh’s journey in education is nothing short of inspiring. Her quest for knowledge has led her to pursue diverse qualifications, including four years of the Teachers Training Advance Course (TTAC), a graduate degree in Administration, and a Master’s in Graphics from Persia.
But Saarada Ghosh’s commitment to education doesn’t stop there. She has successfully completed a course in Teaching for Understanding based on the Zero Project from Harvard University and is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the American TESOL Institute, as well as an M.Phil. in School Psychology. Over the last eight years, Saarada Ghosh has immersed herself in the study and implementation of International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes, becoming highly trained in IB pedagogy. Her involvement in various national and international IB workshops and conferences, coupled with her membership in the South Asia IB Schools Association (SAIBSA), reflects her dedication to staying at the forefront of educational excellence.
Saarada Ghosh’s achievements are a testament to her impact on education. Recognized as an Inspiring Educator of Maharashtra in 2019 for her visionary initiatives, she has been instrumental in reinventing schools to foster all-round development in students. This honor was bestowed upon her by the Outdoor Education Research Team of Great Rocksport Pvt. Ltd. at a prestigious ceremony held in Mumbai.
Her accolades don’t end there. In 2017, Saarada Ghosh was honored with the esteemed Shiksha Bharti Award during the 42nd National Seminar, celebrating her invaluable contributions to education. The previous year, she received the Global Achievers Award for Education Excellence at the 10th International Seminar in Bangkok. Her dedication to teaching was further recognized in 2014 when she was awarded the Best Teacher’s Award by the National Education Society of India (NES), presented by His Holiness Shankaracharya of Kanchi.
Saarada Ghosh’s dynamic leadership has also earned her the title of ‘Best Principal’ among educators from 19 countries, as recognized by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF). In 2016, she was honored with the Bharat Vibhuti Award for her outstanding contribution to national education reform and social development. This award, presented by the Glorious Organization for Accelerated Literacy, highlights her excellence in creating a differentiated education system and her distinguished service to the nation.
