History of Victorious Kidss Educares
Victorious Kidss Educares strives to remove confusion and instill clarity in young minds, harnessing their immense potential to nurture intellectual giants, active learners, and global citizens. The school’s mission is to empower young individuals with the knowledge and compassion needed to contribute to a more peaceful world. This shift towards concept-driven education, with its emphasis on self-learning and entrepreneurship, is underscored by the adoption of the International Baccalaureate (IB) pedagogy. This approach aligns with the evolving needs of our technologically advanced and interconnected world, garnering support from educators, business leaders, and parents who recognize its significance in shaping the future. As the largest IB World School in Pune, authorized for the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP), Victorious Kidss Educares is on a path toward its aspiration to become a World University, diligently following the path charted by Swami Vivekananda over a century ago.
1997
The Beginning
The dream took a physical shape on 6th January 1997 at Koregaon Park, Pune with a handful of students.
1998
Early Growth
Enrolled 51 students, marking the beginning of our holistic approach to education.
2004
Expanding Horizons
Moved to larger premises behind Empress Garden to accommodate growing student numbers.
2005
IB PYP Interest
Became an interested IB school for the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
2006
IB PYP Implementation
Began implementing the IB Primary Years Programme.
2007
Growing Stronger
The student strength increased to over 350 as we continued our path of knowledge.
2008
IB World School Status
- Authorized to teach the Primary Years Programme and became a candidate school for the Middle Years Programme (MYP).
- Opened a new branch as Annexe for the Pre-Primary section.
2009
Further Expansion
Student family grew to 546. Opened Annexe 2 at Ravi Farm for the Middle Years Programme.
2010
MYP Authorization
Authorised to implement the Middle Years Programme.
2011
Continuous Growth
- Reached 780 students. Pre-authorization visit for the IB Diploma Programme (DP).
- Opened a new campus at Kharadi with a capacity of 2500 students.
2012
Successful Evaluations and Authorizations
- Successful IB Evaluation for the PYP in January.
- Authorized to offer the Diploma Programme in February.
- Continued operations from Ravi Farm.

MYP Evaluation Success
Successful IB Evaluation of the MYP Programme.

National Education Recognition
Received the Unified District Information System for Education (UDISE) number by the Department of School Education and Literacy, India.

Management
The Victorious Kidss Educares Foundation in Pune operates as a trust, managed by a dedicated team of trustees and advisors. Consisting of key school figures, including the Principal, Coordinators for IB's Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP), as well as the Resource Manager the advisory panel is diverse and dynamic. The guidance offered by these individuals, extends to various facets, including financial and infrastructural matters.
The Board of Trustees is composed of experts in different fields, notably a sports specialist with the prestigious Arjuna Award to their name, and the school's founder Chairman. The close-knit collaboration of working advisors, such as the Principal, Resource Manager, and IB Coordinator, facilitates daily interaction to ensure a seamless management approach. All members of this dedicated management team contribute their expertise and impartial insights wholeheartedly, prioritizing the well-being and progress of the school and its students.

Robbin Ghosh – An Air Force Combat Fighter Pilot
As a child, I was very adventurous, filled with mischief, full of questions, and wanted to know the mysteries of the world. Just as your child does, loved to be read to and hear about the wonders of the world? We loved to hear the stories of giants and goblins and elves and monsters and demons and serpents and the evil demon kings and also how the gods eventually always won. We read and delved into those mysteries and learnt that honesty, purity and truth always won. We learnt from our folklores and myths that if you want to be the king of the world, be kind, be pure, be caring and like the kings learnt to give. Give to your children, give to your family, give to those who are in need.
I welcome you to create a world like that for our children. Talk to them, read to them and take the journey together into the mysteries of the world?
Today’s western influence and the impact of television along with the advancement of technology, has robbed us of our roots of ancient truths of ours as well as of those other countries, which include Indian Vedanta, Upanishads and rich epics of all countries.
